Tongkat Ali was used by Malaysians and indigenous peoples to treat diseases and as a natural aphrodisiac. How does it increase Testosterone

It stimulates the secretion of Luteinizing Hormones (LH) which in turn stimulates the Leydig cells of your testicles to produce more testosterone.

Can women take it?

Are there any side effects?

Although most scientific studies have not observed any adverse side effects, one study observed mild gastrointestinal symptoms in 6 out of the 50 participants. These symptoms included constipation, indigestion, abdominal pain, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, headaches, diarrhoea and abdominal discomfort. To avoid gastrointestinal irritations, take the supplement with food and wait at least 24 hours before the next dose. Avoid taking the supplement on an empty stomach or after a heavy meal.

Can it increase DHT?

Human studies of Tongkat Ali have not observed any hair loss in hundreds of participants. However, there is mixed research on whether Tongkat Ali increases DHT. Some studies indicate that Tongkat Ali blocks an enzyme responsible for converting testosterone into DHT, whereas some studies show an increase in DHT. I’ve noticed a spike in energy levels, desire and libido. Too early to notice gains. I only take 1 a day though as 2 tablets make me a bit irritable, restless and I can’t sleep properly.

4/5 only because I've just started using it. Early results are very encouraging, but it appears that the supplement is being pulled by the Government? Some clueless busybody decided to ban natural supplements in order to prevent people from choosing to become healthier? Extremely disappointed.
I've signed an associated petition & can only hope this stupid ruling will be overturned.
